<p><strong>Healthful kids recipes are the source to a proper healthy diet.</strong></p>
<p>Whether it is healthy kids drinks or main meals we all appear to have our weaknesses. We do have our jobs cut out for us because wherever we turn there are fast food chains popping up on every corner.</p>
<p>The other evening on the way home from soccer my 6 year asked if we could go to the &#8220;Golden Arches&#8221; for a big meal. My reply was &#8220;no we are going to eat something healthy for dinner&#8221;. The reply was &#8220;chicken nuggets and fries is healthy&#8221;! I next realized that perhaps helping our family understand why we require to eat well is also a worthy part of the equation to good diets.</p>
<p>At the moment permit me be to be clear that this is no comfortable task because when trying to explain the profit of minerals and vitamins and the consequence of nutritious foods they stare at you like a deer caught in the headlights. I merely explained that there are fine foods that provide us energy and make us physically powerful and protect us from getting sick. This sounds better than explaining antioxidants and all the other &#8216;technical&#8217; side of nutrition</p>
<p>Accordingly I decided to share my ideas on well food, well living and a healthy lifestyle. The basis to healthy kids diets is healthy kids recipes. Now if we parents eat healthy we will set a good example, you know, do what we preach. For example, I am a sucker for BBQ chips, I love my BBQ chips. If the family observes us eating these snack foods they naturally consider that its completely all right to eat chips as a snack. Last time I looked BBQ chips is not exactly a recommended ingredient in well kids recipes.They need fresh vegetables and fruits, milk and cheese. less oily cooking and sugar and more boiled foods and raw</p>
